We completed a comprehensive deck and staircase reconstruction for this elevated coastal home in Placida, Florida. Our team performed essential structural repairs, including the replacement of support beams and floor joists, to ensure the long-term stability of the raised structure. We also integrated new concrete footings and a durable wooden walkway system. For the final finishes, we installed TimberTech composite decking and a white aluminum railing system. We also added horizontal slat privacy screening to define the ground-level storage and patio areas. These upgrades transformed the exterior into a low-maintenance, weather-resistant space designed for coastal living.
