We completed a combination of tree removal, tree pruning, and overgrown vegetation cleanup for new homeowners in Seattle whose property had received very little outdoor maintenance for roughly two decades. Our tree pruning work included removing deadwood from a mature maple tree to improve the tree’s condition and reduce the amount of dead material over the property. We also reduced an overgrown holly tree growing near utility wires, creating additional clearance while retaining the tree rather than removing it. In the backyard, a privet, hazelnut, and golden chain tree had become heavily overgrown and were taking up a significant amount of usable space. We removed all three trees along with surrounding vegetation and debris, opening the backyard so the homeowners could begin reclaiming and enjoying the property shortly after purchasing the home.
