We completed a full roof replacement on this single-story Tudor-style brick home and its detached garage in Aiken. Our team removed the aging layers of asphalt shingles across the complex roofline, which featured multiple gables, valleys, and a prominent stone chimney. We ensured all transitions between the various roof sections were properly sealed to protect the home’s unique architectural features. For the installation, we used Atlas Majestic Shake architectural asphalt shingles to complement the red brick facade and decorative timber framing. The project included updating the shingles on the detached garage to ensure a consistent aesthetic and complete protection across the entire property. This upgrade provided the residence with a durable, weather-tight roofing system that enhances its original style and value.
