We completed a full roof replacement on this single-story brick home in Aiken, South Carolina. Our team removed the existing roofing materials and installed Atlas Weathered Wood asphalt shingles across the entire multi-gabled structure. We also performed a detailed inspection of the attic space to ensure the structural integrity of the roof decking and rafters. During the installation, we utilized oriented strand board for sheathing updates where necessary to create a solid foundation for the new shingles. The finished roof integrates seamlessly with the home’s tan brick exterior and vinyl shake siding accents. This project provides the residence with long-term weather protection and a refreshed exterior appearance.
