We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in Aiken to address persistent leaks and structural wear. During the project, we removed the aging asphalt shingles and replaced several water-damaged sections of the plywood roof deck that were identified during our attic inspection. Our team paid special attention to critical transition areas, ensuring the masonry chimney and plumbing vents were properly sealed against the elements.
