We completed a comprehensive commercial dog park project for a multi-family community in Westerville, Ohio, the stunning Fairmont Apartments. The work began with extensive site preparation, including excavation, grading, and the installation of a stable gravel base across the designated lot. We then installed specialized artificial turf designed specifically for high-traffic pet areas to ensure a clean and durable environment for the facility. We utilized Pet Bolt 1.25-inch synthetic turf in Olive, secured with Wonderfill infill for a sanitary and resilient surface. To complete the amenity, we integrated several agility training features such as ramps, tunnels, and platforms alongside secure perimeter fencing. This low-maintenance space offers a functional and high-value recreational area for the property’s residents and their pets.
