We completed a residential turf installation and side yard renovation for this home in New Albany. Our crew handled the full site preparation, including grading, laying landscape fabric, and compacting a gravel sub-base to provide a stable foundation for the new synthetic surface. We carefully integrated the turf with the existing concrete patio and the home's board-and-batten exterior. We installed synthetic turf to provide a durable, low-maintenance alternative to natural grass in the narrow side yard and patio areas. The project involved custom cuts around drainage downspouts and porch columns to ensure a clean, flush finish. This new lawn provides a consistent green space that remains functional and mud-free throughout the year.
