We completed a versatile outdoor amenity space at the Trillium at Twin Lakes property, featuring a professional-grade 9-hole putting course, a dedicated bocce ball court, and a multi-use croquet lawn. The installation required precise grading of the site, followed by the application of high-performance artificial turf systems tailored for specific athletic movements and ball speeds. We integrated durable dark-composite framing to define the courts and ensure long-term structural integrity throughout the recreational area. To ensure a professional finish, we incorporated custom-designed fringe patterns and integrated cup systems that meet standard play requirements. The project included the installation of a central metal pavilion, providing a shaded viewing area for residents. This new amenity space offers a resilient, low-maintenance recreational hub that enhances the outdoor living experience for the entire community.
