To maximize the utility of the space, we integrated a green artificial turf area beneath the raised deck and prepared the site with proper drainage and gravel foundations. We utilized a skid steer for site leveling and excavation to ensure a stable base for the storage structure and patio areas. This combination of high-end materials and functional upgrades transformed the yard into a versatile, low-maintenance environment.
