We transformed a weathered and cracked concrete pool patio in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. The restoration began with a thorough surface assessment and moisture testing followed by mechanical grinding to prepare the substrate. We repaired all visible cracks, holes, and expansion joints to ensure a seamless and stable foundation for the new finish. Our team applied a high-performance polyurea basecoat followed by a full broadcast of Blue Granite decorative vinyl chips. This coating system was finished with a durable topcoat to provide a slip-resistant and UV-stable surface around the swimming pool. The final result successfully masked years of concrete wear while providing a modern, textured aesthetic that will withstand the elements.
