We performed a comprehensive exterior renovation on this colonial-style home in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. Our team focused on extensive wood repairs, including replacing damaged cedar shingles, horizontal lap siding, and rotted window frames. We also addressed the roof fascia and trim to ensure a sound substrate before beginning the finishing process. For the final finish, we applied a fresh coat of Benjamin Moore’s Philipsburg Blue to the siding, creating a striking contrast against the crisp white trim and columns. The project also included painting the front portico, shutters, and foundation details to revitalize the entire facade. The result is a durable, weather-resistant exterior that highlights the home’s architectural features while providing long-lasting protection.
