This project for Central Bank at the Highway K location in O’Fallon, Missouri addressed a failing ballasted EPDM roofing system that had been plagued by ongoing roof leaks. After evaluation, a full roof replacement was selected to eliminate leak sources and improve long-term performance. Our team removed all existing gravel ballast and EPDM membrane, then installed a HD cover board mechanically fastened with HD fasteners and plates. The new system was completed with a EPDM roofing membrane, delivering enhanced durability and weather resistance. Because the building is located in a busy retail corridor, safety and coordination were critical. As a union commercial roofing contractor, we implemented strict safety protocols to protect bank staff, customers, and surrounding businesses while keeping daily operations uninterrupted. Following the success of this project and the trust built throughout the process, we have continued working with Central Bank on additional locations, strengthening an ongoing partnership focused on quality, safety, and reliability.
