This project for Imo’s Pizza Warehouse began with a commercial roof repair and maintenance program after active leaks were identified. After evaluating the aging roofing system and discussing long-term performance and budget considerations, a full roof replacement was selected as the most reliable solution. The scope included removal of the existing membrane and installation of a mechanically fastened TPO roofing system, along with upgraded fascia, new coping, and added walk pads to improve durability and service access. Our team completed the project ahead of schedule despite multiple weather-related disruptions. The finished system is backed by a 20-year manufacturer warranty and a 2-year STL workmanship warranty.
