Our team partners with St. Gerard Majella School through an ongoing commercial roof maintenance program supporting multiple campus buildings in Kirkwood, Missouri, including the school, library, gym, and a newer school addition. After identifying multiple active leaks, we completed targeted roof replacements on two building sections using new EPDM roofing, along with full gutter and downspout replacements across the campus to improve drainage and long-term performance. Because the work needed to be completed while school was out of session, the project was carefully scheduled and executed within a tight timeframe to ensure the safety of students and staff. Through close coordination with the facilities team, the project was completed on schedule, reinforcing a strong, trusted partnership.
