We completed a full roof replacement on this residential home and detached shed in Council Bluffs. The project required a complete tear-off of the old materials and significant replacement of the underlying roof deck with new OSB sheathing to ensure a solid foundation. We installed high-performance synthetic underlayment and specialized flashing to provide superior moisture protection and ventilation. The final layer consisted of durable architectural asphalt shingles, giving both the main house and the garage a cohesive, updated look. These structural and surface improvements offer long-term weather resistance for the entire property.
