We completed a comprehensive roof repair for this Council Bluffs home after it sustained significant impact damage from a fallen tree. Our crew began by removing debris and stripping away the compromised asphalt shingles and underlayment to expose the damaged roof deck. We performed structural repairs by cutting out broken sections of the roof and replacing them with new OSB sheathing to restore the structural integrity of the roofline. To ensure long-term protection, we installed Tri-Built synthetic underlayment and integrated new architectural asphalt shingles with the existing roof surface. This process restored the home's weather-tight seal and addressed internal concerns with the blown-in attic insulation that had been exposed. Our team ensured all vent pipes and flashing were properly resealed to provide a durable and seamless finish.
