We completed a comprehensive roofing installation on this detached shed and residential structure in Council Bluffs. Our team installed new gray architectural asphalt shingles across the steeply pitched roof surfaces to ensure long-term durability and protection. We also applied a moisture barrier wrap to the structure's exterior to prepare it for the next phase of construction. For this project, we utilized matching hip ridge caps and a ridge vent system to provide proper ventilation and a finished aesthetic. The new roof integrates seamlessly with the surrounding property and nearby pool area, offering a clean and uniform appearance. This installation provides the necessary weatherproofing to protect the structure and its contents for years to come.
