We performed a complete roof replacement for this Tampa home, focusing on structural integrity and long-term weather protection. After stripping the old materials, we replaced several sections of damaged OSB sheathing and applied specialized roof deck tape to seal all plywood seams. This thorough preparation ensured a reliable, moisture-resistant base for the new roofing components. We installed Owens Corning shingles in Quarry Gray, complemented by a new white drip edge and a seamless gutter system. The project also involved updating the flat roof area and installing two new skylights to enhance the home's natural lighting and functionality. The completed installation provides the homeowners with a durable, weather-tight system designed to withstand the Florida climate.
