We performed a targeted exterior upgrade for this residence in Pegram, focusing on the drainage system. Our team installed new ribbed aluminum downspouts to complement the home’s existing green metal roof and grey horizontal siding. We carefully positioned each vertical run to optimize water runoff and protect the foundation. We utilized dark green metal components that matched the specific color profile of the roofline and fascia. The installation involved securing the downspouts against the fiber cement lap siding while navigating existing electrical conduits and deck structures. This project ensures the home remains protected from heavy rainfall while maintaining a unified exterior aesthetic.
