We completed an exterior envelope project for a modern residential addition in Princeton, New Jersey. Our team installed new siding and a low-slope roofing system to integrate the new structure with the existing home. We focused on ensuring a weather-tight seal where the new metal-clad extension meets the original white vinyl siding. For the flat roof sections, we utilized EPDM rubber roofing to provide long-lasting moisture protection. We installed light grey panel siding and updated the drainage system with new gutters and a decorative rain chain. These upgrades ensure the new addition remains functional and protected against the elements for years to come.
