We completed a full roof replacement for this home in Columbia, beginning with a complete tear-off of the existing materials. During our inspection of the exposed structure, we identified and replaced damaged OSB sheathing and fascia boards to ensure a solid foundation. These repairs were critical for maintaining the long-term structural integrity of the new roofing system. We then installed a high-performance ABC synthetic underlayment across the entire deck for superior moisture protection. The final layer featured durable architectural asphalt shingles paired with new Lomanco roof vents to improve overall attic ventilation. Throughout the project, we utilized heavy-duty tarps and dump trailers to manage debris and protect the surrounding landscape.
