We performed a comprehensive flat roof sealing project to protect the building from moisture infiltration and weathering. Our team applied a high-performance GACO silicone coating system designed to provide a seamless, durable barrier across the entire roof surface. This application reinforced existing seams and flashing while creating a reflective, watertight membrane that enhances the building's thermal performance. By utilizing this specialized elastomeric coating, we extended the lifespan of the roofing system and ensured long-term protection against the elements.
