We completed an extensive structural restoration of a central stone chimney that had suffered from severe masonry degradation and internal rot. After stripping the veneer to address decaying wood framing and replacing the insulation, we rebuilt the chimney chase to ensure long-term stability. Our team integrated the structure into the existing roofline using custom metal flashing and high-performance asphalt shingles to create a watertight seal.
