Sunshine AquaWash recently completed a professional exterior cleaning project in the Lexington Community of Parrish, FL, focusing on restoring the curb appeal and cleanliness of this beautiful home. Scope of Work: • 3-Car Concrete Driveway Cleaning: We removed layers of built-up black algae from the driveway using a combination of pretreatment, pressure washing, and post-treatment to brighten the surface and eliminate organic growth. • Entryway & Street Curbing Cleaning: The front entryway and adjacent street curbing were also cleaned, leaving the entire front area looking refreshed and spotless. • Rear Wall Soft Wash: The rear wall of the house was heavily covered in green and black algae, as well as lichen, especially on the windows and screens. Using a low-pressure soft wash system, we treated the surface without damaging the aging paint. Some areas showed fading, which is typical with older paint, but the overall wall now looks clean and free from organic stains.
