This project focused on a full gutter clean-out to restore proper water flow and prevent overflow issues. Our scope of work included: • Removing heavy leaf and pollen buildup from the gutter system • Clearing out clogged sections along the rear gutters near the pool cage, where debris tends to accumulate more heavily • Inspecting and cleaning the front gutter guards, which had several blocked areas restricting water flow • Ensuring all downspouts and channels were flowing properly after service Even with gutter guards installed, debris like pollen, shingle grit, and fine organic matter can still build up over time—especially in Florida’s environment.
