We completed a lanai soft washing project at West Shore Village Condos in St. Petersburg, FL. The interior of the lanai had accumulated dirt, algae, and organic buildup and needed a thorough cleaning. Before cleaning, we carefully taped and protected the electrical outlets throughout the lanai. We then used our low-pressure soft washing process to treat and clean the surfaces before thoroughly rinsing the entire area. The result was a much cleaner, brighter lanai ready for the homeowner to enjoy again. 📍 West Shore Village Condos – St. Petersburg, FL 🧼 Service: Lanai Soft Washing & Cleaning ⭐ Sunshine AquaWash – Veteran-Owned & Operated https://www.sunshineaquawash.com/residential-pressure-washing-services/patiocleaning
