This project was completed in the Captain’s Court Condos in Terra Ceia, FL, where a small paver patio, paver border edging, concrete sidewalk, and driveway had not been cleaned in many years. Over time, Florida’s humid climate caused heavy algae, dirt, and organic buildup to accumulate on the surfaces. We applied a professional cleaning solution followed by surface cleaning and a post-treatment to fully restore the area. The results brought the patio and surrounding surfaces back to life, leaving them clean, bright, and safe to enjoy again.
