Soft Wash Tile Roof Cleaning in Sonoma Community, Sarasota, FL

Sunshine AquaWash recently completed a soft wash tile roof cleaning in the beautiful Sonoma Community of Sarasota, FL. The red barrel tile roof was heavily covered in black algae, which we safely treated and removed using our proven soft washing method. In addition to the roof, we also cleaned the exterior of the gutters to restore the home’s full curb appeal. Due to the number of potted plants and landscaped areas surrounding the home, we took extra steps to protect the property — relocating delicate pots and thoroughly soaking plants before, during, and after the cleaning. The front and rear of the home had no gutters, so we paid extra attention to watering these areas to prevent any SH (sodium hypochlorite) runoff damage. Accessing this multi-level roof required us to use a ladder on the first floor and then carefully climb to the second-floor roofline due to its complex elevations and pitches.
