We completed another tile roof cleaning in Vivenda at Bradenton I, delivering a clean, restored roof along with careful attention to the surrounding landscaping. This home had significant black algae buildup, and we used our professional soft wash process to safely treat and remove the organic growth without damaging the tile roof. A key part of this project was protecting the customer’s landscaping: • Thorough pre-wetting of all plants and surrounding areas before treatment • Continuous rinsing during the cleaning process • Final rinse to ensure all vegetation was properly protected In Florida, plant protection is critical during roof cleaning, especially on properties with heavy landscaping.
