We performed a comprehensive water damage inspection and structural drying project for a residence in Opa-locka. Our team utilized advanced thermal imaging and moisture meters to pinpoint hidden leaks and moisture intrusion across several areas, including the laundry room, bathrooms, and walk-in closets. We identified significant moisture levels in the baseboards and carpeting that required immediate intervention. To address the elevated humidity and dampness, we deployed a system of industrial air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers to stabilize the environment. We carefully monitored temperature and relative humidity levels throughout the process to ensure the structure reached dry standards. This systematic approach effectively mitigated the risk of secondary damage while preserving the integrity of the home's flooring and wall systems.
