We addressed significant water damage within a commercial laboratory and production facility in Delray Beach. Our team inspected the concrete flooring for moisture intrusion and staining that affected the workspace and storage areas. We evaluated the impact on industrial equipment, including the overhead HVAC systems and specialized lab workbenches to determine the extent of the saturation. We identified large, irregular wet stains across the concrete slabs and initiated the drying process to prevent long-term structural issues. Our restoration efforts focused on treating discolored floor surfaces and ensuring the moisture did not compromise the sensitive electronic equipment or inventory stored on-site. The project concluded with a thorough assessment to ensure the facility was dry and safe for continued operations.
