We performed a comprehensive inspection and addressed significant moisture intrusion issues at a residence in Miami Beach. Our team identified extensive mold growth and dark surface discoloration affecting closet walls, door frames, and ceiling corners. We utilized professional-grade diagnostic tools to verify the severity of the water damage and fungal spread throughout the affected interior spaces. During the assessment, we recorded moisture levels as high as 85.2 using a digital moisture meter, confirming saturated substrates behind the stucco and drywall. We documented clusters of mold-like spots and material degradation across white-painted surfaces and integrated wire shelving units. These findings allowed us to develop a targeted remediation plan to stabilize the environment and prevent further structural damage.
