We performed a comprehensive mold remediation project for a residence in Wellington after discovering extensive fungal growth around the water heater and interior walls. Our team carefully removed contaminated drywall and baseboards to expose the underlying concrete masonry units and wood framing for thorough treatment. To ensure a safe environment, we deployed industrial-grade equipment including HEPA 500 air scrubbers and high-capacity dehumidifiers. We utilized multiple air movers to facilitate structural drying and monitored air quality throughout the process using precise detection tools. This intervention successfully mitigated the biological hazards and prepared the structure for safe restoration.
