We conducted a comprehensive inspection to identify water intrusion and potential mold growth throughout this Sunny Isles Beach residence. Our team documented extensive moisture saturation and circular water stains across the ceiling surfaces, particularly near the HVAC vents and light fixtures. We carefully assessed the bubbling paint and damp stains to determine the full extent of the damage to the interior drywall and structural components. By examining the HVAC return vents and ceiling transitions, we identified specific areas of moisture accumulation and dark speckled imperfections consistent with biological growth. Our detailed documentation of the damp surfaces and moisture-related imperfections provided the necessary data to proceed with remediation. This assessment ensured that all affected materials were identified for treatment to restore the safety and air quality of the living space.
