We performed a comprehensive mold inspection and moisture assessment at a multistory residential property in Palm Beach. Our team focused on identifying potential sources of water intrusion and evaluating the condition of the building's HVAC systems. We examined utility closets, ductwork, and interior wall surfaces to detect any underlying environmental concerns. Using specialized moisture meters, we measured levels within the baseboards and flooring to locate areas of hidden dampness. We also inspected Carrier HVAC air handlers and galvanized steel supply plenums to assess the overall integrity of the ventilation system.
