We completed a full restoration of a screened-in lanai patio in Apollo Beach. Our team performed a comprehensive stripping process to remove old, weathered layers and addressed visible mineral efflorescence near the sliding glass doors. We then cleaned and prepared the interlocking concrete pavers to ensure a uniform surface across the entire outdoor living space. The project involved treating rectangular pavers laid in a classic herringbone pattern. After cleaning the joints and removing deposits, we applied a sealant that restored the deep, multi-toned brown and tan hues of the concrete. This treatment provides a protective barrier against the Florida elements and moisture from the nearby lake.
