We completed a comprehensive restoration of this residential pool deck and screened-in patio in Ruskin. We addressed structural issues by replacing missing octagonal concrete pavers and stabilizing the base around utility access points. We focused on repairing sections where the interlocking pattern had become compromised to ensure a level and safe surface across the entire enclosure. The project involved cleaning the multicolored concrete pavers to remove deep organic stains and debris from the joints. We then applied a professional-grade sealer to protect the tan and terracotta stones from future weathering and enhance their natural tones. This restoration significantly improved the visual appeal of the pool area while reinforcing the integrity of the integrated drainage systems.
