We performed a comprehensive paver sealing project for this home in Sun City Center. We treated the geometric-patterned patio located within the screened lanai. We ensured all surfaces were properly prepared before applying the protective sealant to enhance the stone's appearance. The project featured a variety of interlocking concrete pavers in shades of tan, gray, and charcoal. By sealing the waterfront patio, we protected the masonry from the Florida sun and moisture while highlighting the intricate octagonal and square patterns. The finished surfaces now offer improved durability and a refreshed look that complements the home's scenic canal-side views.
