We restored the exterior paved surfaces for this home in Valencia Lakes Wimauma, including the driveway, front walkway, and screened-in lanai. We performed a deep stripping process to remove old, failing sealant and cleared out significant weed growth from the paver joints. We then thoroughly cleaned the interlocking concrete pavers to prepare the surface for a fresh application of protection. We used a professional-grade sealant to enhance the multi-toned red and tan herringbone pattern of the brick pavers. The application included a soldier course border and addressed several hundred square feet of outdoor living space. This process revitalized the aesthetic of the home’s entrance and patio while providing a durable barrier against future weed intrusion.
