We completed a comprehensive paver restoration project for this screened-in lanai and pool deck in Valencia Lakes Wimauma. The work involved stripping away old sealant and meticulously preparing the concrete pavers to ensure a clean, durable finish. We serviced the entire outdoor living area, encompassing the kidney-shaped pool, circular spa, and the outdoor kitchen space. We utilized specialized techniques to enhance the multi-toned tan and gray pavers laid in various herringbone and running bond patterns. The application of a high-quality sealant now protects the surface from the elements while highlighting the natural color variations of the stone. This updated finish provides a clean, cohesive look that revitalizes the home's primary outdoor entertaining space.
