We completed a comprehensive paver restoration project for a screened-in lanai and patio area in Valencia Lakes. We addressed significant organic growth, including moss and algae that had accumulated in the joints and across the surface of the multi-colored concrete pavers. By thoroughly cleaning the entire outdoor living space, we restored the original character of the interlocking stone layout. The process involved treating the tan, grey, and reddish-brown earth-toned pavers to remove debris and staining that had dulled the surface over time. Once the cleaning was finished, the pavers exhibited a uniform, refreshed appearance that significantly brightened the enclosed patio. This essential maintenance protects the structural integrity of the patio while improving the visual transition to the backyard.
