Customer wanted second opinion
Another company wanted to do a substantial repair on a water heater that was 12 years old. We provided competitive bid and customer chose use. When we arrived on site, tank was leaking on to the floor. The tank was already bad so we expedited the install of a brand new tank. When customer prefers a repair we are happy to fix, but when the job is worse than expected we can easily reroute and take care of our customers.
