Fixed water leak by updating backflow device

Backflow devices are installed to make sure water goes to the right place, safely. It also protects from chemicals contaminating our clean drinking water. Customer called because there was a water leak on the floor. This is an indicator that the backflow device is in alarm with a failed spring system. We replaced system, added a new shutoff valve and submitted passing backflow test results to water authority.
