This project shows a full commercial flat roof replacement. The crew started with a complete tear-off, removing the old membrane and exposing damaged sections of the deck. Some areas showed wear, moisture damage, and aging materials. After prep, new insulation and cover boards were installed to create a smooth, stable surface. The team then applied a white TPO membrane, using adhesive and heat-welded seams to ensure waterproofing. Parapet walls, edges, and roof penetrations were properly flashed and sealed. Final result is a clean, reflective roof system designed for durability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance.
