We completed a comprehensive interior renovation in Atlanta, focusing on a multi-functional sunroom and adjacent rooftop terrace. Our team repaired structural subflooring, installed new plumbing for a wet bar, and updated the HVAC system with efficient ductless mini-split units. We also integrated new sliding glass doors to provide seamless access to the updated outdoor living space. The interior features terracotta floor tiles laid in a diagonal pattern and a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams. We installed custom sage green cabinetry with stone countertops and a matching tall pantry unit to create a functional kitchenette. On the exterior, we finished the rooftop with modular wood deck tiles and corrugated metal siding for a durable, modern aesthetic.
