We constructed a multi-level outdoor living space featuring an elevated wooden deck and an integrated screened-in porch addition at this Atlanta residence. The project involved installing pressure-treated wood framing, custom-built stairs with black metal railings, and a roof structure featuring skylights and a central brick fireplace. We achieved a cohesive transition from the home's interior to the exterior, incorporating vaulted tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and recessed lighting throughout the porch area. This addition provides a functional, durable extension of the home designed to accommodate year-round use while overlooking the wooded backyard property. The finished space effectively blends structural support with refined aesthetics, utilizing premium materials to ensure long-term stability and comfort in an outdoor setting.
