We installed a new rooftop deck and terrace system for this urban residence in Atlanta. Our team replaced the existing, worn surface with a modular wood-slat tile system and traditional horizontal plank decking. The project involved preparing the flat roof area, managing drainage with a pedestal support system, and integrating the new outdoor flooring with existing sliding glass door entries. We used durable wood tiles arranged in both grid and diagonal patterns to create visual interest across the terrace levels. The installation included custom trim work along the parapet walls and corrugated metal siding to ensure a clean finish around HVAC units. This renovation transformed the underutilized flat roof into a functional outdoor living space overlooking the city skyline.
