We completed a full deck replacement for this home in Chamblee, Georgia. Our team removed the existing weathered wooden structure and installed new framing against the gray brick exterior to create a more functional outdoor living space. We used pressure-treated lumber for the entire deck surface and railing system to ensure long-term durability. The new layout features a central staircase that leads down to a freshly poured concrete landing slab in the backyard. This update provides a clean transition from the French doors to the yard while improving overall accessibility to the property.
