We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration on this two-story residence in Marietta, focusing on critical siding repairs and chimney remediation. Our team identified areas of moisture damage and failing substrate that required a complete teardown of the chimney chase. We stripped the chimney to the studs, replaced insulation, and installed new OSB sheathing and Barricade Building Wrap to ensure a weather-tight seal. After securing the structure, we installed new horizontal lap siding and applied a fresh coat of protective exterior paint to the entire home.
