We completed a full reconstruction of an elevated rear deck for this residence in Alpharetta. Our team removed the existing weathered decking to expose the floor joists and ensure a solid structural foundation. We then installed new wood-toned decking boards and built a matching staircase to provide safe, direct access to the backyard. The project included the installation of modern black metal railings along the perimeter and stairs, creating a sharp contrast against the light siding of the home. Before completing the project, we pressure washed the exterior walls to refresh the surrounding space for outdoor dining and grilling. The final result is a durable and functional outdoor living area designed to withstand the elements while providing a clean aesthetic.
